This was the second time I've come to this location and it's the last. Both visits have left me sour. Our first visit was marred by the host staff who didn't notify us that our table was ready and when we sat at the bar for over an hour. Then, we waited 20 minutes for a server. Management ended up comping us for the food so we decided we would give it another go since the food and drink were amazing.
Today, we were sat promptly; but yet again the server staff didn't acknowledge, greet, or offer anything as I sat for 15 minutes staring and trying to get someone attention. I had a runner come up asking and offering me a plate of food that wasn't mine, I stated to them I had not ordered and i was waiting for a server. No response and he took off. Piss poor and I will never spend another dollar at this establishment. Thank goodness Macaroni Grill is next door and they never fail.
Been here three times in one month and LOVE it. Looks so cool inside, awesome beer, friendly people and the food is nothing short of awesome. The music is awesome too, I can see myself spending a lot of time here. Keep it up rock n brews!
This a fantastic place to meet up with groups of people with the benefits of a fantastic "Rock and Roll" theme and delicious eats. The restaurant has an open feel to accommodate large groups if needed, but also has smaller areas for more romantic and secluded desires. There even is a pet porch where you can bring your dog with you to unwind and eat.
Giving a 5 star for the Purple Rain Drop desert. Chocolate raspberry donuts. Mouth watering. Great beer selection. I thought about a 4 rating as I can see them having serving issue with a crowd. When un-crowded service was good. The market fresh pork was on point. My mom dog gave the porch a dog friendly 5 woofs.
I came here for a friends birthday about a week ago. I would highly recommend coming here! The food was pretty spectacular, and the music was awesome! The only reason I wouldn't give five stars is because of the kinda noisy atmosphere. But that's the type of restaurant this is. So all in all, definitely go there! You'll thank yourself!
