Overall less than pleased with the unprofessionalism and please train employees more thoroughly.
Attendant was rude and vehicle was not completely vacuumed. I had to take my rugs off my kids seats, that was a special touch.
Came to this location for a external wash and ended up getting an internal and external wash. External wash wasn't bad the internal wash however was subpar at best. There were streaks from parts that they actually did wipe down, fingerprints on areas that hadn't been wiped down, and dust on areas that were not wipe down on the dashboard as well as the center console. I tried them out in hopes that I would find a local close car wash to do a monthly membership and after that service went elsewhere. My car didn't even smell like it was cleaned.
Car wash: fine for a quick wash
I paid for a package that included wiping down the interior. They missed one door completely and the rest of the inside was blotchy. The vacuuming was also terrible. The same problem occurred on all 3 trips. I brought it to the attention of a manger and still nothing changed. I will not return. You simply don't get what you paid for.
Wash staff: Apparently no one knew how to drive manual poor kid stalled a few times and looked terrified.
The absolute WORST car wash! This is my second and final visit. I NEVER complain or write bad reviews but this place is the worst! It took over an hour for a horrible wash. I advise take a 2 minute drive to Top Dog Car Wash.
Customer service: Needs improving cashier was a bit rude and paid more attention to her phone than my questions about the types of washes.
