Not usually busy and has lovely holiday setups every year.
Store manager here is not accommodating to customers. She was very dismissive when dealing with us tonight. Dillard's lost a long time faithful customer.
Ms. Cyndi QuItana exhibited excellent and professional customer service. She is definitely an asset to the Oveido Dillard's store. She promptly returned the telephone call as promised with positive information allowing my mother and I to dress for success for a family wedding. Unlike the Daytona Dillard store which never exhibits positive customer service in the ladies formal dresses.
Very nice Dillards. Easy ample parking.
