My father died and I got stuck with his title loans and now 2 yrs after his passing I am still somehow managing to pay off the loan he took. Awful customer service is just making things worse. Incomplete answers, almost threatening phonecalls and rude managers. I have had very unpleasant experience with manager also who demanded money and mentioned reposition.
