We drove around all day looking for a nice sofa set. Finally we came to Orlando Furniture Exchange and we were warmly greeted by two gentleman, one I believe was the manager. Joe, the sales associate, was very kind and professional and guided us through the entire process. We were given the option of leasing it for 90 days, no interest if paid in full. Instead, I paid with credit card to avoid the $53 fee and Joe gave me a student discount upon revealing my student ID! He was absolutely awesome and I hope he's there when you come in! We were promised delivery no later than Tuesday (today is Saturday)! Quick delivery, amazing customer service, unbeatable pricing, and the couch we chose was so soft and extremely large which is what we desired. Don't go anywhere else!
Looked everywhere for a sectional couch we loved and not overpriced. Found it here with excellent service and great deals. Ordered our couch, was shipped across the country, they delivered, and set it up! Talk about taking the stress out of having to transport it, plus it looks amazing! Sal was great for our constant questions and phone calls.
I relocated to the Casselberry area a few days ago and spent the past 3 days searching for the perfect living room set. After going to at least 20 different stores, I came across Orlando Furniture Exchange. I called and spoke with a man by the name of Joe, who was very professional and friendly over the phone. His customer service skills is what convinced me to stop by and I am so happy I did! Joe is AWESOME! As soon as I stepped foot in the store, I saw the sectional that I wanted. Joe assisted me with my purchase and also worked around my work schedule so that I could have the sectional delivered for free to my home within 2 days. I am so thankful for the delivery time frame (especially with it being labor day). I highly recommend this place, the experience is like no other furniture store.
I wish I had discovered this place sooner. I was drawn in by the quality of the piece on display outside and pleasantly surprised by the variety of new and used pieces available in store and by order with quick delivery from their extensive catalog. Sydney and Joel are very helpful with suggestions on how to best suit the rooms that you are targeting with courteous, low-pressure suggestions. I love my purchase and I will be back-with friends!
