Normally the service is AWESOME. However, this one service rep is ALWAYS REALLY NASTY. Today I asked him why and he stated "I OWN THE COMPANY AND I CAN TREAT YOU HOWEVER I WANT TO. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, I DON'T CARE!!!! He then slammed the window in my face! He was basically stating he doesn't like serving BLACK PEOPLE. He then stepped out of the booth to attend to the color he likes serving.
