This is a horrible office. I went to another rehab center prior to this and they were efficient and very good. I called to schedule an appt here and basically two women were rude, kept putting me on hold and began harassing me. One woman began getting rude and angry with her tone. Extremely rude absurd people work here. I would not recommend this place at all it is terrible. Its impossible just to schedule something here without being yelled at and harassed
Not veteran friendly when you need therapy after surgery and have doctors recommendations
My PT was Austin and he was awesome! Very kind and helpful with exercises. Very patient and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had about treatment. Also the front desk staff is great too. Handled my insurance, knew my copays, rescheduled my appointment and always friendly. Great place and highly recommend!
Ability Rehabilitation, the office in Oviedo is one of the best physical therapy rehabilitation centers in the area. I had four surgeries which required re-learning basic movements we all take for granted and continuing unto strengthening those muscles. I went back to them each time because of the great results. Their PT's are knowledgeable and also understanding. Oh thry make you work alright. You may also ask them, they will explain so you know what to expect every time. Their physical therapists were wonderful. Yes, because of their assessment, course of treatment and encouragement, individuals succeed in getting well again. Patty and also Austin are wonderful. Others I could name whom moved away for family , they are succeeding wherever they went. Believe me, if you have a good attitude and like people, you will suceed at your rehabilitating. I just think this office has an awesome staff, even to include the reception at the front office. Thank you All!
