Very nice place, the food is OK. This one was my very first experience there. I chose Baconator and I was expecting a hamburger just like the one in the picture with a lot of bacon. I would not say I was disappointed but it could have at least there same amount of bacon as in these picture. They could offer mustard as well, but if you want mustard you have to ask for.
Came in and I've seen over 20 fat flies. That means the staff is not cleaning up efficiently with food debris underneath counters, etc. The lucky flies have been dining in for awhile. Plus, several months before I went through the drive-thru Ayla night. The guy taking my order was very rude and condescending all because I was ignorant. I noticed the establishment's mistake, because a girl took over and handed me my order. I didn't receive an apology. Nothing. Been here twice and with bad experiences with both.
Fries are salted multiple times to cover the fact they’re stale. The woman in drive thru was yelling and complaining about a previous customer and continued the entire time I was there. Tenders were undercooked and tiny as well as the fact they didn’t even bother to give me any of my sauces. They initially forgot my drink and I sat there waiting for a few minutes and they abruptly asked me why I was still there. I’ve been to Wendy’s in the Keys all the way up to Maryland and this is by far the worst one I’ve been to.
Went on a late night Wendy's run at about 10:30, food came out fast and fresh and the drive thru lady actually seemed to enjoy her job. Great service
I went here one night to order a frosty when I get home my sister and dads frosty are good and mine was all liquid. I will never go back to this wendys ever again. Drove thru service was horrible. Never again. I ended up driving to get another frosty at a different location that night spending more money on gas than the actual frosty is worth. Of I could give this a no star I would. On top of that they took so long. The manager there was so quick to try and get me to leave
