I don't understand how the staff there function, let alone remember to breath.
would never send anyone to this office, my son was 6 months old when he started going to this office, had visits every friday, never once did the infections in his ears stop, he continued to have the infection went to a new specialist, where they did emergency surgery and the infection went into his bone, and the tubes that were placed into his ears were not the right size by this office, so they had to be taken out. needless to say i wil never take my son back to any of these offices
Over books Patients, one hour after my scheduled appointment that I waited 3 weeks to get, there where still 12 other people ahead of me.
I like the doctors and the care level, although there is a serious lack of respect for patients time. I have waited in excess of an hour on several occasions and on average 40 minutes past scheduled time.
Mines well come an hour and a half late for your appointment...because that’s how long you’ll be waiting.
Do not go to this office at all costs try to find somewhere else.
The office staff were courteous, I was brought back to the treatment room within 5 minutes of my appointment, and Dr. Rabaja entered after only a few minutes wait. He was professional and friendly, thorough with my treatment and explanation, he reviewed other tests I had done and sent a summary of my treatment to my promary care doc. Another reviewer complained that the office requests cells phones be turned off - signage explains that this is related to the treatment area where electronics interferre with testing.
