I consider myself a patient person but an hour and 45 minutes of waiting to be seen was a bit ridiculous. I felt really bad for the elderly couple waiting just as long as I was so I did them a favor and cancelled my appointment so that they can be seen sooner. If you have over 2 hours to visit your doctor, this office is for you. Make sure you bring a book so that you are not bored while you wait.

I saw Dr. Robaja for the first on 2/25/16 , from the time I walked in the door to the time I was seated for the Doctor, the staff was awesome, they were very professional and personable, my wait time was very Minimum and the Doctor listened and answered all my Questions, My experience was great and I would highly recommend this office and Doctor to every one I know that needs an ENT.
This office places little emphasis on patient care. Thier sole purpose is to book as many people as possible in as little time possible.
You will wait well over an hour past your scheduled appointment to be seen.
called to ask some questions to make a new patient appointment and was on hold for 20 mins and someone picked up and said she is going to have someone else answer the phone call and waited another 10 mins. very unprofessional.
He was very focused on listening to my symptoms. I didn't feel rushed. I would recommend him to a friend.
