Taking your jewelry in for the inspections is the longest process. Their system is antequated and each and every time there is difficulty locating my records. Such a large chain you would think they would be more up to speed with an electronic record. It is painful every 6 months and my husband and I take turns taking care of it.
Love the staff and atmosphere. I have been coming here for quiet a while and I really enjoyed the new Pandora selection they have. I recently came to look for some new Pandora charms for my niece's birthday and a young lady named Brittany helped me who was very sweet and could answer all my questions about Pandora.
