I must say this store Precious, really came thru for me I came in 5days before my lady birthday and they were the only store in Oviedo Mall that design custom name plates for me which other jewelers recommended. But if you come ask for Jay he is a reasonable guy with good pricing at his store.Thanks Jay!!!!

Personally, I had a pretty good experience here. I spoke with Nishant through email while looking for an Artcarved dealer for an engagement ring. He was very quick to respond. I then later spoke in person with Jay at the store. I found him to be very respectful and not pushy. I think he told me his honest opinion about materials for the ring. The price they gave me was very fast. I got the price almost immediately. I was still waiting days later for International Diamond Center to get me a quote. Their price was very fair and lower than other places I checked. The stone setter did a pretty good job, although, I think he could have done a tad better. We have had to take the ring back several times to get the prongs set to where they are all even and the stone does not turn. Also, the ring got marked up a bit last time it was adjusted, but I think they will fix it. They also offer free cleanings after purchasing the ring.
